Digital’s Campaign Management service is a concept designed for those occasions when a client needs to recruit for niche skills or perhaps project teams within a short timescale.

Digital consult with the client to design a campaign. Digital then select the most appropriate media type and cost effectively manage the process from initial design and placing of the advertisement through to response handling, candidate assessment and shortlisting.

Digital will run assessment days and design induction programmes.

This concept has been of particular success when departments have been relocated or new offices set up and Digital has worked in close partnership with the client to define the requirements of the role.
