Digital Personnel’s Campaign Management service is a concept designed for those occasions when a client needs to recruit for niche skills or perhaps project teams within a short timescale.
Digital Personnel will consult with the client to design a campaign. We will then select the most appropriate media type and cost effectively manage the process from initial design and placing of advertisements through to response handling, candidate assessment and shortlisting.
Digital Personnel will run assessment days and design induction programmes on behalf of the client.
This concept has been of particular success when departments have been relocated or new offices set up and Digital Personnel has worked in close partnership with client to define the requirements of the role.
