Permanent Recruitment
The permanent recruitment cycle is extremely complex. In today’s competitive market place it is vital that a candidate’s interest is maintained throughout the process and Digital Personnel appreciates the value of managing a candidate both pre and post placement. The interview process in particular can be very demanding on candidates and clients alike, therefore consultants at Digital Personnel take pride in making the process as smooth and pain free as possible.
The process of recruitment will begin when one of our team of specialist consultants takes a detailed brief from a client. This will cover duties and experience required, advising on current salary trends and potential skill shortages. An advertisement will be written, based upon the key requirements of the job specification, and this will be submitted to the most popular job boards and media sites across the internet.
From here an indepth search and selection process takes place. Digital Personnel consultants have access to a unique, specialist in-house database that has matured over the years and contains some of the most talented Digital Media professionals working in the UK and abroad. In addition to this our consultants have access to all the main Job Boards and every new CV that gets registered on those sites. Add all that to a comprehensive Social Media presence that extends our reach even further for the most sought after candidates on a worldwide scale and it is clear that no stone remains unturned in our search for the very best talent!
The next phase is to discuss the client’s role and ascertain candidate interest before representation. Once an interview is arranged, Digital Personnel will maintain contact with candidates ensuring that salary expectations remain realistic, post interview feedback is managed appropriately and ultimately making job offers and confirming start dates. Digital Personnel will ensure contact continues during the notice period phase when candidates are open to counter offers and other potential vacancies.
The development of strong working relationships between Digital Personnel, clients and candidates is vital in encouraging open communication during a time when life changing decisions are being made.
