This is an approach to recruitment that offers a client the best opportunity of filling a live vacancy in the most effective and efficient way possible.

In more detail, a Digital Personnel Client Partner will be allocated to your business and a meeting arranged on-site. This will allow the CP to develop a deeper understanding of the company culture, the role itself and your ideal candidate. A substantial job brief will be discussed with particular emphasis given to the perfect candidate profile.

After sign-off, your Client Partner will then give 5 days of exclusivity to your vacancy. This time will be spent pro-actively identifying candidates and qualifying them against the brief. It is expected that during this period fully qualified candidates will have been introduced to your business and interviews arranged. 5 working days has proved to give enough time to identify talent in specific geographical territories and to reach out to prospective candidates directly. In some cases, the response time of candidates can be slower and therefore there is still likely to be activity once the exclusive period is over. It is important to note that the retained period of this recruitment campaign also guarantees exclusivity to the candidate as Digital Personnel will not introduce other opportunities to them during this process.

Further to the on-going support of the recruitment campaign, after the exclusive candidate identification process is complete your Client Partner will provide you with market intelligence acquired during this period. This can include information on competitor companies in your catchment area, employee numbers that utilise the skills you require, details on specific candidate approaches and feedback from candidates that may have wished to remain in their current employment. This competition mapping will provide insightful recommendations to inform future talent acquisition projects.

Your Client Partner will be committed to advertising your role across leading Job boards such as CV-Library, Jobsite and Go JobSearch, with a slot also confirmed on the niche Digital Marketing site E-Consultancy. Your position will also be advertised across many Social Media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+, Xing and Pinterest. Candidate search strategies will be initiated across Digital Personnel’s unique and established database and job board databases including CV-Library, Jobsite, Monster, Reed and TotalJobs. A targeted executive search will also be commissioned, a service that extends the reach for candidates across online communities such as blogs, forums and social networks.

The fee for this service is structured in a way that guarantees commitment from both parties. Before sign-off, a fixed fee will be agreed. The mechanism for this will be based on the likely annual salary, multiplied by a mutually acceptable percentage figure. 50% of the fee will be invoiced immediately on non-refundable 7 day terms, with the remainder paid upon placement.
