Holiday Pay

The entitlement to paid annual leave for all workers in England, Wales and Scotland changed as from October 1st 2007 to:

24 days per annum (an additional 10.17% on top of base pay rates)

In April 2009 a further change will take place:

28 days per annum (an additional 12.07% on top of base pay rates)

Digital operate a policy of accruing holiday pay for their Temporary Workers for them to take as and when they request annual leave.

National Minimum Wage Increases from 1 October 2007

The new rates are as follows (with rates up to and including 30th September 2007 in brackets) :
Age Category Hourly Rate Previous Rate

Aged 22+ : £5.52 (£5.35)
Aged 18 – 21 : £4.60 (£4.45)
Aged 16 & 17:- £3.40 (£3.30)
