By working within a more formal framework, clients have the ability to measure Digital Personnel’s performance within clearly defined service level agreements.

Sole Suppliership

This is an extension of the service of preferred supplier but involves only one consultancy to work with.

Digital Personnel act as Sole Supplier to a number of companies offering a tailor made package depending on recruitment levels, niche areas etc.

When working as a Sole Supplier, Digital Personnel become an integral part of the client’s HR and Recruitment function. Ultimately, Digital Personnel is responsible for all aspects of a client’s permanent and temporary recruitment needs and will work to clearly defined and agreed Service Levels.
