The OPI is most effectively used to predict the performance of managers and executives in professional work environments. The OPI measures 25 personality factors that will provide insight into a wide range of managerial competencies.
The OPI is well-suited for assessment and development purposes. The OPI is convenient for individual use and provides detailed candidate feedback.
