A wonderfully creative fully integrated communications agency in Central London, requires a successful Digital Account Director to join their team.
The agency operates as a full service agency and key to their offering is that they are a team made up of marketing specialists - passionate about off and online marketing and communications. They deliver on digital covering the entire landscape, from e-marketing through to website development, ultimately producing campaigns that inspire their clients and their customers.
The Digital Account Director must provide inspirational leadership, drive and strategic vision for the interactive team. The Account Director will manage accounts through strong interpersonal skills, organisational abilities and strategic thinking.
Primary responsibilities / attributes will include:
- Truly appreciating your clients by monitoring and understanding the markets and their environments. You should have views on market issues and be up to date with competitive activity and potential new entrants within their market.
- Know your client’s objectives and business results. Be aware of share price movements and other corporate issues, as well as knowing campaign results inside out.
- Understand best ways to reach the target audience, specifically through digital channels and how to target best prospects.
- Be passionate about the creative product and always strive to produce ground breaking work. Find ways to produce the most inspiring of briefs.
- Drive yourself and your team and generate a culture of pro-activity and a feeling that the agency is a centre of excellence.
You will be responsible for three very exciting clients, each at differing stages of their relationship with the agency and all with fantastic opportunities for growth. They also have diverse needs for fully utilising the digital media space.
It is expected that candidates will offer a minimum of 4 years experience in a digital agency, capable of managing annual budgets in excess of half a million. You will be a leader and innovator within the digital space and offer a determined and confident character that will drive yourself and your team to deliver the very best campaigns.
The Digital Account Director will be passionate about the interactive medium and knowledgeable about the latest developments in the industry. You must ensure that the digital team is leveraging all the latest developments to create imaginative, ground breaking digital marketing ideas that both build the brand and drive bottom line profitability.
