London based Media Agency that reaches out to local markets on a global scale is looking to further their Search Marketing offering by recruiting a Search Account Manager.
The Agency supports an international range of high-profile clients by offering new and innovative marketing and brand recognition services. Their SEO and PPC service is revered by peers and they are continually looking to evolve this side of the business, therefore the new Search Account Manager will be a key appointment.
The Agency Search team currently works across a number of global clients and the Search Account Manager will be allocated key account ownership. Some of the features of the role include,
- Assist in supporting the leadership of the team of Search Managers & Search Executives in the execution of global Paid Search and SEO client engagements
- Be the central client contact for designated clients and internal account teams on Search
- Attend all client search meetings
- Present, train and provide outstanding levels of client service
- Review work quality of internal Search team and take appropriate action and training to improve quality levels
- Mentor individual workloads and manage their expectations within the business
- Lead accounts by analysing and improving campaign results
- Contribute central Search collateral projects
- Up sell additional Search services and expand Search spends of existing client base
- Assist in establishing best practices across both Paid Search & SEO
As there is a lot of responsibility within the position of Search Account Manager it is essential that candidates can demonstrate over 3 years experience developing and managing global search strategies for recognised brands. Team leadership qualities and strong Project Management skills will also be required.
