A truly unique London agency, with a global reach, requires a Social Media Community Executive to further improve their Social Media client strategies.
The agency is based in the heart of London’s busy West End, an area where London’s social scene is at its most creative and an ideal place for an agency that specialises in word of mouth and social media strategies. They listen to conversations off and online and understand what consumers are saying about leading brands. By working closely with brands, the agency will find the conversations that matter on blogs, social networks, microblogs and media sharing sites - and use this information to advise on new strategies that will allow their clients to develop their relationships with customers, and ultimately improve revenue streams.
The Social Media Community Executive has the fortunate responsibility of listening in to conversations online, creating further engagement and ultimately measuring campaign activity on behalf of a host of well-known businesses.
Principal responsibilities include identifying individuals to engage with, researching social media platforms, blogs, forums and online venues for maximum engagement and listening to and understanding conversations to further brand awareness for your clients.
You will need at least a year working in a Digital / PR marketing or advertising agency and be passionate about Social Media interaction. A marketing degree (or related media) is essential as is the desire to develop a career in the online industry.
