The payment of the £250 is subject to the following;
- The person you have recommended must not have been recommended by anyone else during the previous 12 months.
- The person you have recommended must be placed into either a permanent or interim role by Digital Personnel within 12 months of your recommendation.
- The £250 is only payable once on a single recommendation and is not payable again upon a person being placed by Digital Personnel on more than one occasion.
